Rental Agreement

By renting porta potties from Terry Rental Works, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery or according to agreed-upon terms. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid fees.

Liability

Customer is responsible for damage to rental units beyond normal wear and tear.
